Why pay the outrageous price from the BMW dealership for a replacement window?

This is a new BMW window built by me from all new components.

An z3 window is a zip-in window with black canvas trim on the outside edge that you tuck your top into. I have made hundreds of BMW Convertible windows.

The plastic that I use is DOT approved, higher quality and longer lasting than OEM BMW plastic. The OEM plastic can be scratched with your fingernail. This plastic won't easily be scratched with your fingernail and is more flexible, meaning that it should be more resistant to cracking. My black trim will not deteriorate like BMW's trim does, either.

These windows come with a 1 year replacement warranty.
