How To Remove the Jetta4 Front Bumper.

Unnhook the metal clip that holods the latch mechanism inside of the grill. You do this by taking a flat head screwdriver and gently pushing them off.

Unscrew the T25 Torx bolts inside the top of the grill.

Carefully remove the grill by pulling carefully up and forward.

Now remove the exposed large Torx bolts.

Next, remove the T25 bolts holding the bumper on inside the the front of the wheel wells.

The lower black grills hey can be removed by reaching through the grills and unlatching them from the bumper. At the top corner of each outer grill there is one large Torx screw. In the driver side there is a temperature sensor that you will unscrew.

Start pulling the bumper out until the side marker wiring can be detached.

Remove Bumper.

Installation is the opposite of the removal.
