The E30 BMW (84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92) Convertible had either a sew-in or a zip-in window. Porsche Boxster's had a sewn-in window.
The Peugeot 306 Cabriolet had a zip-in / Glued in window that can be easily replaced.

BMW E36 and E30 convertibles are also know as the 318ic, 318ci, 320ic, 320ci, 323ic, 323ci, 325ic, 325ci, 328ci, 328ic, or simply as ci, or ci.

VW Diesel Tools are a cheap way to do the necessary maintenence on your VW Diesel. To do the job right, you will need VW diesel tools to time your injector pump (injection pump), lock your camshaft, lock your injector pump or tighten the timing belt tensioner (with the spanner wrench). The VW Diesel Timing tools work for Volkswagen Rabbit, Jetta, Golf, Dasher, Passat, Vento and Quantum. I should have the exhaust C-clamp tool shortly.

The VW part number of these tools are 2066, VW Diesel Tool Dial Gauge, 2064 VW Diesel Injector Pump lock pin, 2065 VW Diesel Camshaft Lock Plate.
The VW Diesel Injector Pump lock pin will also work for the Dodge Diesel Engine with the Bosch VE Injector Pump as well as the Volvo 240 with the Diesel Engine.

New Injector Nozzles can add performance to your VW, and get the car running better than new! Swapping the injector nozzles is not dificult and can be done in 1-2 hours.

If your vw diesel (1.6, 1.9 turbo or 1.6l, 1.9l NA) injector pump has a leak, you can fix the leak yourself with my rebuild kit. It contains all of the seals. You don't have to have it professionally done. The main sources of leaks are the throttle shaft, main front shaft, timing advance, and the rotor housing. All of these leaks can be fixed with a new gasket kit (rebuild kit - seals, o-rings, gaskets) for the pump. I even supply the 3 sided bolt adapter to remove the proprietary bolt on the side of Bosch VE injector pumps. Look at my VW Diesel Injector Pump diagram. Copper Washer. I will soon be offering hubs, wheel bearings, timing belts, serpentine belts, rollers, turbocharger rebuild kits, rebuilt injector pumps, pistons for TDI, cylinder heads, engine rebuild kits, main bearing sets, rod bearings, pistons set, piston rings. Head gaskets, gasket kits, complete timing belt kits. And I will be selling for less than anyone else! With my prices, it will be worth your while to rebuild you diesel engine.

Common leaks in injector pumps are the cold start valve, governor, top seal, and rear seal, throttle bushing or seal. I will soon be offering new glow lugs with my injector pump rebuild kits. Why not replace 2 of your glow plugs while you have your inection pump removed? As a package, I'll be offering the diesel fuel filter as well. You need to keep one of these in your car at all times.

I now offer dodge cummins nozzles and .230mm TDI nozzles. .230 TDI injector nozzles, .226 nozzles, .230 nozzles!!! I will be selling complete injectors (Nozzle Holders) soon for VW and Audi TDI.

I may have a 12mm TDI or IDI Injector Pump rotor in stock! I now have rotors (head) for Audi 5 cylinder engines ( Audi 4000, 5000), as well as the Volvo 240 6 cylinder rotor and head. I sell a complete rebuild kit for the injector pumps including all the seals, rotor and feed pump. I also have a total rebuild for the VW ALH pumps (sorry, no electronics). I should also have oversized piston sets for 1.6td and VW 1.9TDI at great prices or I sell cylinder sleeves that will do the same thing.

I am working on a Turbo Coversion Package for VW 1.6 and 1.9 SDI. This will include the exhaust manifold, intake manifold, turbocharger, oil lines, and exhaust downpipe.
